In short: use AgriBuy Connect honestly, keep your account secure, get farmers' permission before entering their details, and pay the fees that apply to your plan.
By creating an account or using AgriBuy Connect you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
AgriBuy Connect is a record-keeping and coordination tool for buying commodities from farmers: purchases, field staff, agents, warehouse intake, contracts, messaging and reports. It is provided by Nexlite Digital Solutions Limited ("Nexlite"). We are not a buyer, seller, bank or payment provider and are not a party to deals between users.
Accounts are for buying companies, agents, field staff, warehouse staff and farmers, and each role sees different features. Give correct details, keep your sign-in ID and password private, and tell us promptly if you think your account was accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account, including accounts a company creates for its staff.
Companies, agents and staff who enter farmer details confirm that they have the farmer's permission, that the information is accurate, and that they will use it only for legitimate buying and record-keeping. NRC numbers are optional; collect them only when needed. You keep ownership of the records you enter. You give Nexlite permission to store, process and display them to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Some features are free and others need a paid plan or a platform fee. Plans and fees are shown in the app or agreed in writing, and may be a monthly plan, a per-purchase fee, or a share or fixed fee on an agent–company link. Nexlite may start a grace period and then put new purchases on hold until an unpaid fee is settled. We may change prices with notice in the app. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise.
Amounts recorded for payments, advances, commissions and receipts are records made by users. Unless the app clearly says otherwise, it does not hold or move money. Users are responsible for the payments they owe each other, and for checking figures before relying on them.
The app can be used offline, and changes sync when you reconnect. Sync can be delayed or fail, so check that important records have synced. We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error free.
The app, its design and its software belong to Nexlite. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active.
You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, unpaid fees, suspected fraud or legal reasons. We may also discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Nexlite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or losses from disputes between users, incorrect data entered by users, or events outside our control such as network or power failure. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. For significant changes we will notify users in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, and the courts of Zambia have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law says otherwise.
