Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the apps built and operated by Nexlite Digital Solutions Limited ("we", "us", "our"):

Together, these are referred to below as "our apps." By creating an account or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our apps.

1. Who can use our apps

Our apps are intended for business owners, staff, and other adult users managing depots, accounts, schools, fleets, farms, or savings groups. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

2. Your account and data

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including actions taken by staff or members you grant access to.
You own the business data you enter into our apps (stock records, sales, learner records, savings contributions, etc.). We store and process it only to provide the app's features, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — our apps help you organise records, but we don't verify the correctness of what you input.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Some apps offer a free tier or trial, with paid tiers unlocking additional features or usage limits, as described on each app's product page.
Payments are processed via mobile money (Airtel, MTN, Zamtel). You authorise the payment amount shown at the time of purchase.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.
We may change pricing for future billing periods; we'll aim to give reasonable notice before any change takes effect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use our apps for any unlawful purpose, including fraud or money laundering
Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation
Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our apps or their underlying code
Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of our apps or Firebase infrastructure

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Availability and offline use

Our apps are built offline-first, so you can keep working during poor connectivity, with data syncing once you're back online. We aim for high reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — occasional downtime, sync delays, or maintenance windows may occur.

6. Intellectual property

The software, design, and branding of our apps belong to Nexlite Digital Solutions Limited. These Terms don't transfer any ownership of our software to you — you're granted a licence to use the app for your own business purposes for as long as your account is active (and, for paid tiers, for as long as your subscription is current).

7. Limitation of liability

Our apps are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of our apps. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be excluded under Zambian law.

8. Termination

You may stop using our apps and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the app, or fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our apps after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
