🏪 Company Information
This appears on all printed receipts and exported reports.

👤 Staff / Client Accounts
Add up to 20 staff accounts. Each can log in with limited access using their own username and password.
Staff sign-ins use a rotating access code instead of your business ID directly. If you ever suspect it's been shared or compromised, regenerate it — the old one stops working immediately and staff accounts keep working with the new one.
🔐 Co-Administrators
Grant another person full Administrator access to this business, using their own email/password login — separate from Staff/Client accounts, which have limited access.

Ask the new admin to open Create Account, check "I'm joining an existing business", and use this business's exact name. They'll get an ID to send you — paste it above.
☁️ Cloud Sync
Your data syncs to the cloud automatically using your login. Use these if you ever want to force a sync.
Upload pushes your current data to the cloud now. Restore replaces all local data with the latest cloud backup — useful on a new or reset device.
⚠ Danger Zone
Permanently deletes all Inventory, Sales, Purchases, Expenses, FISP, Credit, Customers, Suppliers, and Adjustments — locally and in the cloud. Your login, license, and settings are kept. This cannot be undone.
Global Settings
Tax Settings
Turnover Tax: 5% on annual revenue above ZMW 30,000 (0% on the first ZMW 30,000/year). Only for businesses with annual turnover up to ZMW 5,000,000.
VAT: 16%, calculated assuming all prices entered in Sales/Inventory/Purchases are VAT-inclusive.
These regimes are mutually exclusive under ZRA rules — selecting one disables the other in the P&L. Rates and thresholds may change; confirm with ZRA or your accountant before filing.
