Bereavement records are sensitive. The app is built so only the chairperson can change them, while members can still check their own standing without asking anyone.

QUESTIONS

Common questions

What happens if the chairperson's phone breaks?

Log in with your chairperson email from any device — the fund's data is tied to that account, not to one phone. Also export a backup regularly from Reports.

Does it need internet to work?

No. It works fully offline and syncs in the background once the device is back online.

Can members see each other's contributions?

No. The member portal only shows the contribution history for the phone number that's looked up — nothing about other members.

How is the fund's money handled?

The app doesn't hold or move money. It tracks records only — contributions still go to the fund's own mobile money number, exactly as they do today.

Can we switch chairpersons later?

Yes. Log in with a new email on the home page to create a fresh chairperson account — the fund's records stay exactly as they are.

Is this only for one fund, or can it manage several?

Each installation runs one fund. A committee managing more than one fund would set up a separate instance for each.

What if we stop paying the subscription?

The fund's records stay on the chairperson's device either way — export a backup any time from Reports, regardless of subscription status.

Add Member

Required, with their phone number, for this member to view their contribution history in the Member Portal. Share it with them directly.
Tip: click the member's name in the table to add or manage their beneficiaries.

Beneficiaries

Type a name and click Add. Then fill in their NRC and relationship to the principal.

Record Contribution

The mobile money confirmation code or receipt number, so each contribution can be verified against the statement.
